ViscoTec Dosing Control Systems can be used in a wide variety of conveying and dosing tasks. Ranging from the control of big feed pumps to difficult multi-component application operations, the ViscoDos series always has the right system for you.

Dosing Control ViscoDos-B

ViscoDos-B Dosing Control System

A low-cost alternative for the control of feed pumps and for simple regulation tasks.

 

Dosing Control ViscoDosII

ViscoDosII Dosing Control System

The ViscoDosII dosing control is suitable for controlling volumetric dosing pumps with three-phase drive. It offers simple, yet accurate, dosing without the need for speed feedback and actual speed control (flowmeters).

 

Dosing Control ViscoDos-2K

ViscoDos-2K Dosing Control System

The ViscoDos-2K dosing control is used to control two ViscoTec dispensers with DC motors in a fixed mixing ratio. The control is based on a small PLC with display, in which all the process parameters can be set, e.g. mixing ration, dispenser calibration, dosing time and dosing speed.
