Particularly in industrial applications with highly complex requirements and sensitive systems, the prerequisite for smooth and reliable production is to ensure optimal adaptation, durability and competent service. In recent years ViscoTec has steadily made a name for itself in the handling of media that are notoriously difficult to dose, such as high-viscosity adhesives and sealants, solid-content pastes etc..

ViscoTec’s highly sophisticated dosing systems were developed always with the concrete application in mind.

The question was: How to design an application system capable of dosing and applying adhesives or sealants, i.e. high-viscosity, abrasive and shear-sensitive media, yet which also tolerates changes in media flow properties? The easy adaptation to linked control systems was a further requirement.
